Microseal Technology’s (Microseal) key personnel, Mr. Lewis Cher and Mr. Stephen Cher, were both trained extensively from the top two major manufacturers of mechanical seals in Japan, Nippon Pillar and EKK (Eagle Industry). Besides being a specialist in the trade, Mr. Lewis Cher was also appointed as a specialist in propeller seals by Eagle Industry for eight years. 

 

 

Both Mr. Stephen Cher and Mr. Lewis Cher were also involved in pioneering projects such as the servicing of oil refineries of the Petrochemical Corporation of Singapore when it was first launched on Jurong Island. 

 

The desire to provide a solution that balanced superior quality, design, and competitive pricing led to the formation of Microseal Technologies. 

 

Today Mr. Stephen Cher spearheads the marketing and sales efforts. Utilizing his technical knowledge to provide consult and troubleshooting on various cases and to work closely with clients on developing solutions. 

 

Mr. Lewis Cher oversees the design and Quality Control (QC) process. With his wealth of practical knowledge, he is able to adapt standard seals to perform better to the client's specifications.
